Yes, within the floral range you select. The Timeless Collection uses our signature swirl roses and hydrangeas, Classic offers a curated choice of simple flower styles, and Deluxe and Couture provide progressively greater floral and colour customisation. Share your preferred palette, occasion and any inspiration when ordering; flower choices may be adapted so the final arrangement works beautifully in buttercream.

Our signature buttercream is specially formulated for greater stability in Trinidad and Tobago’s warm, humid climate, but no buttercream is heatproof. Keep your BouqCakes cool and shaded, transport them in an air-conditioned vehicle and never leave them in a parked car.

BouqCakes are available with 7, 12, 19 or 24 cupcakes. Timeless Collection prices are TT$350, TT$600, TT$950 and TT$1,200; Classic prices are TT$400, TT$675, TT$1,075 and TT$1,350; Deluxe prices are TT$450, TT$750, TT$1,200 and TT$1,500; Couture begins at TT$500, TT$825, TT$1,325 and TT$1,650. The Timeless Collection is our streamlined signature collection, using swirl roses and hydrangeas in curated one- or two-colour arrangements. Classic offers greater floral variety in clean, solid colours. Deluxe introduces more detailed flowers, selective two-toning, buds, blossoms and foliage accents for a fuller, more dimensional finish. Couture is our highest expression of floral artistry, featuring intricate realistic blooms, sophisticated colour work, bespoke composition and premium boxed presentation.

Boxed Blooms are available in individual boxes at TT$60 each with a minimum of six, double boxes at TT$115 per box with a minimum of three, triple boxes at TT$170 per box with a minimum of two, and shared boxes of 4, 6 or 12 beginning at TT$220. The minimum for individual, double and triple presentations is six cupcakes in one coordinated order. Floral-detail upgrades and event presentation are quoted separately.

A curated Succulent Garden is TT$330 for 6 cupcakes or TT$600 for 12. Larger gardens, individual botanical presentation and unusually complex designs are quoted separately.

Smallies are our petite floral cupcake collection. One-bite Mini Blooms are 12 for TT$180, 24 for TT$315, 36 for TT$450 and 48 for TT$585; quantities of 60 or more are quoted individually. Two-bite Midi Blooms will join the collection soon, once their final size and presentation have been tested.

Yes. Vegan cupcakes are available in vanilla and chocolate, while our gluten-free cupcake is available in vanilla. These recipes require advance ordering. Our kitchen also handles wheat, eggs and milk, so we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens or cross-contact. Please discuss medical dietary needs before ordering.

For regular orders—that is, orders other than weddings and corporate bookings—full payment is required in advance to secure both the order and collection date. Wedding and corporate payment terms are provided with the quotation.

Collection is by pre-arranged appointment in D’Abadie. Your collection window will be confirmed with your order so that your cupcakes are ready when you arrive.

Reference photographs help establish the style and palette, but every arrangement is piped and assembled by hand. Natural variations are part of a bespoke creation.
